Ingredients of Black forest cake
- You need of Maida flour-.
- It’s of Powdered sugar.
- Prepare of Cocoa powder-.
- You need of Baking powder-.
- You need of Baking soda-.
- You need of Chill milk-.
- It’s of Lukewarm water-.
- You need of Oil-.
- You need of Vanilla essence-.
- You need of Vinegar-.
- You need of Non dairy whipping cream.
- Prepare of Sugar syrup.
Black forest cake instructions
- Take a mixing bowl,now take a sieve and put flour,powder sugar, cocoa powder,baking powder,baking soda and sieve them all together..
- Now take another bowl add ½cup chill milk in it,¼cup warm water,½cup oil and 2tbsp of vanilla essence in it and mix them all together..
- Combine both wet and try ingredients together and whish it well so..
- Let the consistency of batter be medium thick and liquid and whisk the batter well..
- Now add 1tbsp vaniger and whisk the batter very well for 20 to 30 sec..
- Now take a kadhai and put salt in it and even place a stand in it and cover the kadhai with lid and preheat the kadhai for 10 min on high flame..
- Now take a baking tin greace it with butter and flour..
- Put the batter in the tin and put it in the kadhai and cover the kadhai with lid..
- Let it get bake for 10 min on medium flame and later bake it on low flame for 40-45 min..
- After 40 min check whether the cake is bake or not with toothpick..
- After the cake is bake it it cool down completely and remove the cake from tin..
- Take non dairy whipping cream and whisk it well thick with machine hand blender for 5-10 min.
- As cake is cools cut it in layer.
- Then put sugar syrup on the first layer the apply whip cream on it and continue the same procedure for other layer..
- At the end layer put lots of whip cream and cover complete cake with whip cream and give smooth finish..
- Decorate accordingly.
