- Prepare of milk.
- It’s of ripe banana.
- It’s of dates chopped.
- Prepare of almonds chopped.
- Prepare of honey (optional).
- It’s of cinnamon powder.
- It’s of few drops of vanilla essence.

- First in a bowl soak the oats in 1/4 cup milk for 15-20 mins..
- Now in a blender jar add soaked oats, milk, dates, almonds,cinnamon powder..
- Blend everything until smooth.Add vanilla essence and blend again..
- Pour in serving glass and serve..
