- Prepare of oil.
- Prepare of cumin seeds.
- It’s of medium sized onions chopped.

- Prepare of Readymade Sandwich spread(cheese and chilli funfoods).
- Prepare of Chill sauce.

Paneer Bhuna Frankie instructions
- For Paneer Bhuna Frankie.
- Heat oil in a deep pot, add cumin seeds and let it splatter..
- Add onions and cook till it's golden brown..
- Add ginger and garlic paste and red chilli sauce and tomato ketchup. Cook for a while..
- Add the spices and cook for 2 to 3 minutes..
- Add tomato puree, curd and kasuri methi and cook for 2 to 3 minutes util the oil separates..
- Add paneer cubes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes..
- Adjust the gravy consistency by adding water. Cook until the gravy becomes thick..
- In a mixing bowl and add cake flour, salt and oil. Knead the dough with water. The dough should be soft and stretchy..
- Flatten the balls and make chapattis..
- Full cook the chapattis util brown spots appears.
- Frankie.
- On a pan add the half cooked chapattis..
- On the chapattis apply the sandwich spread..
- Apply chilli sauce and then sprikle some chat Masala.
- Add the stuffing, sprinkle carrot and cabbage..
- Frankie is ready to be served.
