Ingredients of Rolled cake
- Prepare of egg yolks.
- You need of milk.
- It’s of oil.
- It’s of cake flour.
- You need of egg white.
- Prepare of sugar.
- Prepare of double cream.
- It’s of condensed milk.
Rolled cake step by step
- 2 egg yolks + 52g milk mix + cake flour 25g stir till smooth.
- Now use mixer to mix 2egg white+15g sugar.
- Now mix the above 2 togher and pour onto the pan.
- 190c 10-18minutes later, take it out and wait till it is cool.
- Then carefully take the cake out. don't need the skin.
- Now put the cream and condensed milk together into the mixer to make sure it becomes soft. and then spread onto the cake. roll and done..
