Ingredients of Rolled cake

  1. Prepare of egg yolks.
  2. You need of milk.
  3. It’s of oil.
  4. It’s of cake flour.
  5. You need of egg white.
  6. Prepare of sugar.
  7. Prepare of double cream.
  8. It’s of condensed milk.

Rolled cake step by step

  1. 2 egg yolks + 52g milk mix + cake flour 25g stir till smooth.
  2. Now use mixer to mix 2egg white+15g sugar.
  3. Now mix the above 2 togher and pour onto the pan.
  4. 190c 10-18minutes later, take it out and wait till it is cool.
  5. Then carefully take the cake out. don't need the skin.
  6. Now put the cream and condensed milk together into the mixer to make sure it becomes soft. and then spread onto the cake. roll and done..
