Ingredients of Walnut almond cake

- You need 250 of grm, plain flour (maida).
- It’s 250 of grm, icing sugar.
- Prepare 250 of grm, oil.
- You need 80 of grm, walnut (crushed).
- It’s 80 of grm, almonds (crushed).
- It’s 2 of tesp, baking powder.
- Prepare 1/2 of tesp, almond extract.
- It’s of For toping.
- You need of Almonds.
- It’s of Walnut.
- It’s of Honey.
- Prepare of Sugar puff.
Walnut almond cake step by step
- Take a bowl. Add oil and sugar and beat until colour change..
- Add eggs gradually and beat until foamy..
- Add plain flour (maida), almond extract and baking powder. Mix gently..
- Add walnut and almonds.mix it well, pour into a cake mold and bake for 35 to 40 minutes on 180c. (or until done).
- Leave it for 5 minutes then cut and level the cake. Apply honey, walnut, almonds and crushed sugar puffs on top..
- Walnut almond cake is ready to serve..
