Ingredients of Walnut cake
- It’s 1 cup of all-purpose flour.
- It’s 250 ml of lukewarm milk.
- You need 1/2 cup of sugar powder.
- It’s 1 of egg.
- Prepare drops of Vanilla essence few.
- Prepare 150 gm of butter.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Chopped walnuts.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of baking powdee.
- You need 1 1/2 cup of sand or salt.
Walnut cake step by step
- Beat the egg,sugar and Butter with electric beater or whisker until gets fluffy.
- Now add all-purpose flour, Vanilla essence,baking powder,chopped walnuts combine well with cut and fold method adding warm milk if required..
- Do not to over mix the cake batter as it turns chewy..
- For baking in cooker firstly, in a pressure cooker add in 1½ cup of salt close the lid of cooker without keeping the gasket and whistle.
- Now tranfser the cake batter in cake mould then carefully place the cake mould into the pre heated cooker..
- Close the lid of cooker without gasket and whistle. simmer for 40-45 minutes..
- Now cut into the peices and serve spongy walnut cake.
