  1. You need of bajra aata.
  2. It’s of seed less dates.
  3. Prepare of ripe banana.
  4. Prepare of green cardamom.
  5. Prepare of soaked and peeled almonds.
  6. You need of Grated jaggery.
  7. Prepare of Curd.
  8. You need of Desi ghee or butter.
  9. Prepare of soaked and deseed munakka (Large raisin).
  10. It’s of oats powder.

Bajra (pearl millet) aata & Oats smoothy instructions

  1. Heat ghee/ butter in a pan and fry bajra aata and oats powder till aroma comes.
  2. Add jaggery and half cup water.
  3. Cook till wet halwa like consistency comes, cool.
  4. In a blender add this halwa and all the ingredients and churn.
  5. Healthy yummy smoothy is ready.
  6. You can also add strawberries, blue berries, cheeku etc.
