Ingredients of Sweetcorn Savoury Cake
- You need of Maize flour.
- It’s of besan/gram flour.
- Prepare of Sooji.
- You need of little sour curd.
- You need of Water.
- Prepare of Coarsely ground Sweetcorn.
- You need of Sweetcorn.
- It’s of tricolour capsicum chopped.
- Prepare of Salt.
- You need of oil.
- It’s of turmeric powder.
- Prepare of ginger grated.
- It’s of green Chilli paste.
- Prepare of grated garlic.
- It’s of asafoetida.
- It’s of dhania jeera( coriander cumin) powder.
- Prepare of red chilli powder.
- You need of Eno fruit salt.
Sweetcorn Savoury Cake step by step
- Mix all the three maize flour, Besan suji in a bowl..
- Add salt, Sweetcorn, asafoetida, turmeric powder, dhaniajeera powder, red chilli powder, Curd and mix well and add water as needed..
- Ginger, garlic, chilli tricolor capsicum coarsely ground Sweetcorn and mix well..
- Add oil and Eno fruit salt and mix it well, and pour in round mould. Sprinkle Sweetcorn, and tricolor capsicum on top.
- Microwave it for 10-15 mins. Or till stic inserted is clear..
- Very easymade, quick made new recipe very tasty is ready to serve. Serve with tomato ketchup and green pudina Chutney..
