  1. You need of sooji.
  2. Prepare of boiled spinach pury.
  3. Prepare of buttermilk.
  4. You need of chilli ginger garlic paste.
  5. Prepare of Salt.
  6. Prepare of chopped capsicum.
  7. It’s of chopped coriander.
  8. You need of For soda.
  9. You need of Stuffing.
  10. You need of grated soya paneer.
  11. It’s of black pepper.
  12. You need of For tadka (vaghar).
  13. It’s of butter.
  14. You need of chilli flakes.
  15. Prepare of oregano.
  16. Prepare of chopped garlic.
  17. It’s of finely chopped coriander.

Paneer Stuffed Spinach Dhokla Cake instructions

  1. Now take a bowl and add sooji, buttermilk and salt and mix it.
  2. Give it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Now add spinach pury, chilli ginger garlic paste, capsicum and coriander and mix it well.
  4. Now take 4 small bowl and grease them with oil and keep them for steaming in a steamer.
  5. Now add soda in the batter and mix it now pour the batter in the bowl and let it steam for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Now spread paneer and black pepper on it and then again pour the batter on it. Now let it steam for 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. Now let cool down and then unmould them.
  8. Now take a small kadai and add butter, garlic and saute for few seconds and now switch off the gas and add chilli flakes, oregano and coriander.
  9. Now pour it on the unmould.
