Ingredients of Oats jaggery cake
- You need of oats.
- Prepare of jaggery grinded into mixer jar.
- It’s of butter or oil.
- It’s of cinnamon powder.
- You need of watermelon seeds.
- Prepare of dates cut into small.
- Prepare of baking powder.
- It’s of baking soda.
- You need of As per taste Milk.
Oats jaggery cake step by step
- Firstly' take a bowl add butter jaggery cinnamon powder beat it with spoon clockwise..
- Khadhai put on flame add 1 bowl salt add stand cover it big size plate.
- Put butter paper on baking tray..
- Add half oaths powder mix clock wise then add remaining oaths powder add little amount of milk mix properly add 3/4 of melon seed add 3/4 of dates mix well.
- Add baking powder baking soda now pour tha batter on baking tray tap the baking tray sprinkle remaining melon seed and chopped dates..
- Now baking tray put on stand cover big size plate..
- Bake it around 1 an hour first 2 to 3 mins full flame then low to medium flame.
- Check cake is done neither cook again 5 to 6 mins..
- It'taste is immagine healthy too.
- In a mixer jar add half oats grind them finely powder strain it.
