  3. Swtich off gas, add butter..
  4. Let it sit till chocolate melts..
  5. Give it a good stir and your ganache is ready.
  6. Let it cool a little and assemble..
  7. Line a cake tin with parchment..
  8. Spread late today biscuits and pour ganache over it..
  9. Spread walnuts and biscuits and again a top layer of ganache..
  10. Decorate with walnuts..
