Ingredients of PennePasta Cake
- You need of Penne pasta.
- You need of oil.
- You need of onion chopped.
- Prepare of Bell peppers each one (green,yellow,red).
- Prepare of carrot chopped.
- You need of ginger chopped.
- It’s of Salt.
- Prepare of milk.
- Prepare of Tomato basil sauce.
- You need of White sauce.
- Prepare of Processed cheese grated.
PennePasta Cake instructions
- Melt the 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan.Take the pan off the heat and gradually stir in 1 cup milk to get a smooth sauce..
- Return to the heat and, stirring all the time, bring to the boil.Add purpose flour and cook for 1-2 minutes..
- Simmer gently for 8-10 minutes and season with salt..
- Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non stick pan, add ginger, onions and sauté for a minute. Add all the chopped vegetables green, salt and mix well..
- Add tomato basil sauce and mix..
- Add penne pasta and 1tsp oil and mix well.Add ½ cup white sauce and 1tsp milk and mix well..
- Transfer into the spring form tin, press lightly and level the surface..
- Put the remaining white sauce on top. Sprinkle cheese and pat lightly. Keep the cake tin in the cooker by applying oil to it..
- Cook it for 30minutes and let it stand for a few minutes. Cut into wedges and serve..
