Ingredients of PennePasta Cake

  1. You need of Penne pasta.
  2. You need of oil.
  3. You need of onion chopped.
  4. Prepare of Bell peppers each one (green,yellow,red).
  5. Prepare of carrot chopped.
  6. You need of ginger chopped.
  7. It’s of Salt.
  8. Prepare of milk.
  9. Prepare of Tomato basil sauce.
  10. You need of White sauce.
  11. Prepare of Processed cheese grated.

PennePasta Cake instructions

  1. Melt the 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan.Take the pan off the heat and gradually stir in 1 cup milk to get a smooth sauce..
  2. Return to the heat and, stirring all the time, bring to the boil.Add purpose flour and cook for 1-2 minutes..
  3. Simmer gently for 8-10 minutes and season with salt..
  4. Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non stick pan, add ginger, onions and sauté for a minute. Add all the chopped vegetables green, salt and mix well..
  5. Add tomato basil sauce and mix..
  6. Add penne pasta and 1tsp oil and mix well.Add ½ cup white sauce and 1tsp milk and mix well..
