Ingredients of Green peas Ragda pattice
- Prepare of Green Peas.
- It’s of medium Potato.
- Prepare of green Chilli Garlic and Ginger paste.
- Prepare of Tomato.
- You need of Onions.
- It’s of red chilli powder.
- It’s of Turmeric powder.
- You need of Garam masala.
- You need of Coriander Jeera powder.
- It’s of Salt.
- Prepare of Sugar.
- You need of Lemon Juice.
- It’s of Green chutney.
- It’s of Garlic chutney.
- Prepare of Dates Imli (tamarind)chutney.
- You need of Sev.
- It’s of Coriander leaves for garnishing.
- You need of Oil.
- You need of for pattis.
- You need of medium Potatoes.
- You need of Salt.
- It’s of Chilli ginger paste.
- It’s of Corn flour for coating.
- It’s of Oil for saute.
Green peas Ragda pattice step by step
- Boil Green Peas and Potatoes in with 2 whistles.
- Heat oil in a pan and add Jeera and asafotidia and let it spultter. Add onions, chilli, garlic and ginger paste, chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Once little messy add the spices chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander jeera powder, garam masala,salt,sugar,lemon juice, boiled peas and potatoes,add water and cook for approx 10 mins.
- For Patti's mess the potatoes add salt,chilli ginger paste and mix well. Shape it and coat it with cornflour and saute in a pan.
- Prepare Chutneys. Garlic chutney(Blend 8-10 garlic cloves,salt,chilli powder, coriander jeera powder and 1/2 tsp jeera) Green Chutney (In a blender half cup coriander leaves,3-4.medium spicy,Chilli,1tsp groundnut, 1tsp jerra,Salt,2tbsp lemon juice,1tsp sugar or as per taste) Dates chutney (blend 8-10 Dates,1tsp Imli,salt,Jaggery,water and 1tsp chilli powder,1tsp jeera coriander powder).
- For Serving- Take Pattice is a bowl add Ragda, drizzle green Chutney, Red Chutney,khatti metthi chutney,Chopped onion,Sev and coriander and serve hot?.
