You can squeeze in your busy schedule as the prep time is hardly 15 minutes, If you have over ripe black speckled bananas don’t waste them. This a best way to use them up.. make Banana Bread!! This is a fool proof banana bread recipe. It’s great for breakfast along with a cup of hot coffee or tea or as a snack or even as a desert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
