What to do with all those extra ripe bananas? Well… lets make banana bread! Easy quick bread recipe that can be. baked in your Ninja Foodi Grill. I experimented a bit with this recipe and added a little baking powder to see what the results would be( a bit cake and not as dense as a traditional quick bread but still delicious!)-plan on making another banana bread recipe without the baking powder-stay tuned for a future video. Banana Bread

1 stick butter melted
3-4 large overripe. bananas
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp kosher salt
1 cup toasted walnuts-chopped
1 tsp cinnamon

1. Preheat Ninja. Foodi Grill -select Bake-350F. When NFGrill is done preheating place walnuts either on the Griddle accessory or some type of pan that you have that fits into the NFGrill. and toast nuts for 3-4 minutes. When toasted remove and I place on a cutting board to cool.

2. Place the 3-4 bananas in a large bowl and using a fork mash them up. Then add the butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract and mix well. Set to the side.

3. In another bowl combine all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon and whisk together .

4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix-add. the walnuts and fold them in. Do to overtax.

5. Place mixture into the Ninja Foodi baking pan and place into roasting pan in. NFGrill. Turn temperature down to 300F and set time for 1 hour. Check banana bread. at 50 minutes if not done. continue to bake.
