How to make banana bread. This is a very easy recipe for banana bread using Jell-O banana pudding.
Ingredients:
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) Jell-O banana cream instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. In a large bowl add cake mix, pudding, eggs, water, and oil. Mix together for 2 min.
3. Add in bananas and stir.
4. Spray 2 bread pans with cooking spray. Pour 2 1/2 c. of batter into each pan.
5. Bake for 40 min.
