Is there anything more iconic of the holiday than dipping delicious cookies into a mug of cocoa? We are happy to provide you with a comprehensive selection of everyone's favorite cookies, so you can spread the cheer to family members near and far. Webonce you’ve gathered your ingredients, we will use the following method: Webstep 1 in a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt and set aside.

Add egg, milk, and vanilla. Webonce you've made your dough, let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. You'll want to keep the dough as cold as possible throughout the rolling process to keep the butter inside the dough from melting, which would result in the cookies spreading and losing their shape in the oven. We use 1/2 cup sugar for these christmas cookies. I recommend using 2 tsp mint extract to flavor these cookies. You’ll use 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder & 1/4 tsp salt — green color: Bake a batch, and you’ll see that they are the perfect soft, chewy cookies anyone can enjoy and frost. And don’t forget to enjoy them with a nice mug of homemade hot cocoa! Webthey will keep for up to a week.
