This gluten free and vegan banana bread is a super easy gluten free bake! A great dairy free option and easy to modify with chocolate chips, nuts and more. The perfect weekend bake!

200g self-raising gluten free flour

1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp cinnamon
