Salade tiède avec tomates cerises, haricots verts et pancetta
Cette salade tiède est un vrai régal. Avec la douceur des tomates cerises et le croquant des haricots verts, chaque bouchée est un bonheur. Le pancetta ajoute une touche de salé qui complète parfaitement le tout. Voici comment la préparer.
Ingrédients :
- 300 g de haricots verts
- 200 g de tomates cerises
- 150 g de pancetta
- 1 échalote
- 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
- 1 cuillère à soupe de vinaigre balsamique
- Sel et poivre au goût
Instructions :
- Commencez par cuire les haricots verts dans de l’eau bouillante pendant environ 5 minutes. Ils doivent être tendres mais encore croquants.
- Pendant ce temps, faites chauffer une poêle à feu moyen et faites-y revenir la pancetta jusqu’à ce qu’elle devienne croustillante.
- Égouttez les haricots et ajoutez-les à la poêle avec la pancetta. Ajoutez l’échalote finement coupée et faites revenir quelques minutes.
- Ajoutez les tomates cerises coupées en deux, l’huile d’olive et le vinaigre balsamique. Mélangez bien.
- Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre selon votre goût. Servez tiède et savourez chaque bouchée !
Salade de haricots verts et tomates

- Sel, poivre et quelques feuilles de basilic frais pour le décor
Instructions :
- Commencez par blanchir les haricots verts dans de l’eau salée pendant 4-5 minutes. Égouttez et plongez-les immédiatement dans de l’eau glacée pour garder leur couleur verte éclatante.
- Coupez les tomates en quartiers ou en moitiés, selon leur taille, et mettez-les dans un saladier.
- Ajoutez les haricots verts égouttés et la feta émiettée dans le saladier.
- Dans un petit bol, mélangez l’huile d’olive et le vinaigre de cidre, puis arrosez la salade avec cette vinaigrette.
- Mélangez délicatement, assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre, puis décorez avec des feuilles de basilic frais avant de servir.
