• ¼ teaspoon all spice
• ¼ teaspoon ground clove
You can also use 1½ tablespoons pumpkin spice.
Steps
1. Mix all spices and pumpkin puree in a large bowl.
2. In a sauce pan, mix water and sugar and bring to a simmer.
3. Add the pumpkin spice puree to the sauce pan and allow to simmer for 10-15 while occasionally stirring.
4. Remove from heat and let cool for 15 minutes.
5. Strain your syrup through a fine mesh strainer and store in you fridge for up to 30 days.
