Ingredients:
Lemon Cake Mix, 1 Box
1/3 Cup of Vegetable Oil (I subbed with Canola Oil)
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice
Powdered Sugar
Lemon Zest
Optional:
Extra Lemon Juice and Powdered Sugar for glaze
Combine about 3/4 cups of powdered sugar with about 1 tbsp of lemon juice to create a simple glaze you can drizzle on top after the cookies are baked. This can be done on top of the powdered sugar or in lieu of.
