I’ve never had such delicious banana bread without an oven! Simple and healthy

Welcome to my channel!
Today I’ll be sharing a super delicious recipe with bananas!
150g All-purpose or bread flour
1.5g salt
1.5g cinnamon
Mix well
2 ripe bananas (370g with peels)
1 egg
100ml milk
Blend the ingredients

3g active dry yeast
Mix well
30ml unsalted butter
Microwave for 20-30 seconds
Add to the batter
Mix well
Mix the wet and dry ingredients well
The batter should look smooth like this
Cover and rise until double size
80g cranberries
Cut the cranberries into smaller pieces
Mix the batter
Mix well
Add 5ml olive oil to a frying pan
Brush the oil
Pour the batter into the pan
Even out the top
Cover and rest for 10 minutes
Low heat
Fry for 15-20 minutes
Flip using a plate or board like this
Fry for another 5-10 minutes
Use a toothpick to test if it’s cooked or not
If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is cooked
Done!
The cake is super soft and spongy!
If you have ripe bananas at home, you should try this recipe!
It’s super delicious and easy to make!
No sugar in this recipe! Very healthy!
Drizzle maple syrup on the cake if it isn’t sweet enough!
