Fall is my favorite time of year, cooler weather, fun family opportunities at the pumpkin patch etc. One yearly tradition is pumpkin carving which in turn gives us the chance to make roasted pumpkin seeds. This year I changed it up and used the air fryer! They turned out great and was definitely a learning experience! Watch along and see how you can make this tasty seasonal snack for your family.
