I love using my Air Fryer for lots of different things including pumpkin seeds! They turn out delicious everytime.

If you don’t have an air fryer you can follow this basic recipe and roast them in the oven at 350 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes.

Learn how to cook pumpkin seeds in an air fryer with this easy air fryer recipe. Check out the recipe card below for full ingredients and instructions. In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin seeds, oil, and preferred seasoning. Toss to coat well.

Coat dried seeds with 1 teaspoon of olive oil then sprinkle with smoked paprika, garlic powder and salt. Stir it all up so each piece gets seasoning. Pour the seeds out in the air. Pour the pumpkin seeds into a large bowl, then toss to coat with the avocado oil. Next add your dry spice mixture and evenly coat all the pumpkin seeds. Before you get started on roasting the pumpkin seeds, make sure that they are completely dry. Transfer the dried pumpkin seeds to a bowl. Add melted ghee/butter along with. Place seeds in the air fryer basket or tray overlapping as little as possible (some overlap is fine).
