Webchocolate covered bananas are a fun and easy dessert idea that uses just 4 ingredients, making it a perfect dessert for little helpers. Peeled bananas are sliced and frozen with a toothpick in each slice before dipping each one in melted chocolate. Webi really, really enjoyed this recipe. Reminded me of my gam's banana bread!

I made very minimal changes i used milk chocolate chips (all we had), no nuts, melted my butter and hand mixed it. Webmash the bananas in a bowl and stir in the whole egg plus 2 yolks, followed by the oil and milk. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Quickly stir the wet banana mixture into the dry ingredients, stir in a quarter of the egg whites to loosen the mixture, then gently fold in. Webi made this cake and it is delicious but it is not 3 points on weight watchers if you use sugar mini chocolate chips. I used the recipe builder in weight watchers and it was high points unless you significantly lowered the sugar and the mini chocolate chips. To the people who use the mini chocolate chips and artificial sweeteners it would be 4. Webgrease and flour your pans before pouring the batter into them, and you'll have a lot less of a mess to clean up afterward. This post may contain affiliate links.
