Webdanish christmas cookies and other sweets are a huge part of that. There are plenty of typical danish festive treats to choose, and they’re all yummy. But for this list, i’ve stuck to these amazing danish christmas cookies and narrowed the list down to 10 of the best. Give them a try and see which ones you like the best.

Add the flour/cornstarch mixture in and mix on low speed until crumbles form (if you are at a higher elevation and the crumbles seem a little too dry you can add a tablespoon or two of water, not too much though, you want it to be crumbly, not sticky). Webi made these to take the place of the traditional sugar cookies i make and decorate with our daughter at christmas. The only modification i made was to add some almond extract (a tiny bit) to the frosting with the vanilla extract. The cookies came out so soft and the frosting was perfect. We will definitely be making these again! Webthe cookies look beautiful but the cookie dough is to stiff to work with, land o lakes has a much softer dough that calls for two and a half cups of flour, i used a very small plastic container but i had to double the recipe to fill it up, and i also layered it in the container by making it into a log shape then patting it out evenly in the container, rolling. You probably won’t be able to keep these around for too long, they’re just too fun to eat! Let the cookies set for up to 24 hours before transferring to an airtight container to keep for up to a week. Letting them set up will keep the glaze from becoming wet and slimy.
