In this video I show you how to crochet a Christmas Pudding ornament.

This is a beginner friendly pattern that uses simple stitches such as single crochet, single crochet increase and decrease, double crochet, half double crochet and picot stitch. I have used the magic ring technique to begin most round pieces and the invisible decrease technique to decrease.This pattern uses US crochet terminology.

Materials used:

• 3mm and 3.5mm crochet hook
• 8ply (DK/Light worsted) acrylic yarn in brown, white, green and red
• Small amount of pink yarn
• A pair of 7.5mm plastic safety eyes
• Toy stuffing
• Yarn needle
• Scissors
• Sewing pins (optional)
• Stitch marker (optional)
• Embroidery thread/floss (optional)
